Integrated Architectural Concept:
Our residential development consists of 29 second home units of which 8 are row houses.
The development is divided into 3 phases, the first phase being in the development stage and phase 2 planned for fall 2007.
This new-look development will consist primarily of 3 types of architecturally unique homes. An aspect easement has been added to the declaration of shared-ownership to ensure that these 3 construction designs are respected. |

Exterior Design and Choice of Material:
All our homes are built using only top quality material; from the enamelled steel roof and the pre-stained pressure-treated wood siding to the energy efficient windows. Each home includes 2 parking spaces and an exterior basement entrance. |

Personalized Interior Design:
The interior design is conceived according to the style and need of each homeowner. If the exterior design is limited to 3 models, the interior is quite the opposite. Today’s construction technology lets you adapt the interior to fit your styles and needs. |

The half-height basement windows allow ample room for 2 bedrooms, a complete bathroom, an exterior entrance with storage space and a games room. Each room is graced with a large window. |

First Floor:
Our suggested first floor plan includes an entrance with coat closet, a bathroom and kitchen, a dining room and a living room with fireplace. The panoramic windows of these open-plan rooms take full advantage of the view of the mountain and ski slopes. |

Second Floor:
Each of the 3 models is designed to accommodate 2 bedrooms, a complete bathroom and a mezzanine which can be replaced by a third bedroom or a second floor office. |

The Shared-Ownership Advantage:
The 29 homes constitute one shared-ownership. Each home including the frontage and a part of the lot on the sides and rear of the home (see the cadastre plan) are of the exclusive use of each homeowner. The street, the rights of way and the footbridge are all part of a common lot.
Maintenance of yards, underbrush and new plantings in common areas as well as snow removal from the street, parking spaces and private driveways is carried out by the contractor designated by the shared-ownership association.
